Indoor Air Quality
Indoor air pollution is “the highest risk to human health
among all type of environmental problems," According to a 1990
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) report. And indoor air
pollution levels are often ten to hundred times higher than
the ones outdoors, according to the Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration Institute.
Mold and bacteria grow in A/C supply and return ducts where
the poor air quality is affecting the health of human beings
when these contaminants are recycled throughout the building
air handling System. Trash chutes become a virtual buffet for
pests and vermin if neglected and foul odor coming from filthy
chutes pollutes the recycled air in building.
Air Ventilation
Duct Cleaning
Our Duct cleaning system is known for its State-of-the-Art
technology, which inspects, cleans and sanitizes air
conditioning ducts and brings the air handling systems up to
its normal capacity.

Acoustic lined
ductwork will be cleaned with our robotic tracked vehicle
equipped with an apparatus, which enables removal of the
particulate accumulation without damaging the acoustic
lining. |

The robot is camera-equipped to enable 100% observation
during the cleaning process in addition to video recording
for future documentation. Furthermore, the robot controls
provide varying degrees of agitation that protect the
acoustic lining from damage during cleaning. |

A proprietary HEPA filtered vacuum air handling machine
will be employed to exhaust contaminants from the ductwork
as they are removed from the ductwork surfaces by robotic
direct contact brushes and robots. All particulate
captured by the HEPA filtration units will be contained
and disposed of at an approved site.

On
completion of the work, Tetra Gulf will provide you
with a video tape recording of the duct condition
before and after the execution of the job, along with
laboratory analysis of the air quality before and
after the cleaning.

Our technicians tip the fan to properly clean the bottom
side of the blades and accessible areas of the duct. The
duct is cleaned with a high-pressurized rotative robotic
nozzle to ensure degreasing and cleaning all four sides of
